WATER DEAERATION SYSTEM

The STM O² LESS deaeration system enables reduction of the dissolved oxygen content in process water. Considering many aspects of beer production, oxygen is the enemy of the finished product. Breweries struggle with the problem of beer aeration during bottling, pumping and dry hopping.

The STM O² LESS deaeration system degasses oxygen dissolved in water with the efficiency of up to 99% with final water oxidation equal even 10ppb!

STM DRY HOP

The STM DRY HOP system is used for dry hopping. In the process, the aromatic oils contained in hops are released and then the content of the maturation tank is added to the planned batch of beer. The first stage consists in stirring the hop granules in fresh beer directly in the machine. Then follows the circulation of beer between the tank and the STM DRY HOP system, due to which all the beer passes through a closed system, which allows for uniform saturation of the product with the hop aroma.

STM DRY HOP is made of stainless steel, the dry hopping cycle lasts
X minutes at nominal capacity.

CIP STATION

The STM CIP station is designed for cleaning and chemical disinfection in a closed-loop system of technological equipment, process and storage tanks, mixers, pipelines in breweries and food processing plants. The machine is intended for preparation, storage, distribution and repeated use of sanitation measures. It optimises their spectrum of performance  and reduces their consumption.

The CIP stations are made of stainless steel and are
available in the following configurations

YEAST PROPAGATORS STM YEAST

The STM YEAST yeast propagator is used to propagate brewer’s yeast in sterile conditions, it is equipped with a system capable of cooling and heating as well as aeration of yeast slurry. The machine is fully adaptable to CIP systems which makes it sterile.
